Founded by Kimberly Govak, EmPanda Perspectives is grounded in the values of connection, equity, and strength-based support. Kimberly is a woman in sustained recovery management with a passion for uplifting peer leaders and helping organizations grow programs that honor the diverse pathways of recovery.

With extensive experience working with Recovery Community Organizations (RCOs) and leadership development, Kimberly brings both professional insight and lived experience to her work. Her approach centers on compassion, collaboration, and the power of perspective.
